Wow what a week! This homestudy business with my new job is NO JOKE! I am talking about hours and hours of reading and memorizing these crazy science books then taking test after test. I start at 7:30 each morning and work until 6:00 not even taking a lunch break and then after Z goes to bed work for a couple more hours while she is sleeping so it is REALLY taking a toll on me. I am worn out to say the least. I never knew my brain could hold so much information…ha! But I am actually pretty serious.
But thank goodness we got to take a break from the madness and go down to the beach for Memorial Day Weekend! I am very blessed to have a best friend with a beach place! 
And a bff that is willing to drive too so I could read my homestudy module books on the way down.
Dana and I left at 4:30 am so we could spend all day at the beach and then Eric and Jonny drove down there later that night. And my parents actually camped out pretty close to us too so we were able to hang out with them.
We had the best weekend at the beach and Zoey absolutely LOVED the lazy river. She was a crazy lady swimming around! My parents also got to go to the beach with us one morning and she had a great time playing in the sand and swimming in the ocean with them. It was too cute…she kept saying “HAPPY BEACH” over and over! That’s my girl!
We came back from the beach on Sunday night so we had Monday off too. This gave us time to gon on a morning doughnut run and then do some laundry and start packing mine and Zoey’s bags because at the end of this week the saddest thing ever is going to happen. I have to go to New York for work training for three weeks. I am SO devastated by this so I don’t really want to discuss it! Just say a prayer for all of us. Eric will be out-of-town with work too unfortunately so Zoey will be staying with my parents…Eric will be in LA…and I will be in New York…that equals one really sad mommy!
