Well this week I started back to work…boo! But praise the Lord Zoey loves her new school so she had a great day on her first full day on Friday. I was a nervous wreck leaving here but by the time I dropped her off and checked her on the cameras up front she was not crying anymore!
So Thursday we were busy just spending time with each other and getting things done around the house before going back to work. On Friday Z went to school from 7:00 am to 6:00 that night and did great! 
I hated leaving her that long her first day but there was nothing we could do about it…
On Saturday we got up early and I took Z to the doctor for a rash on her arm. We found out that asian skin is very sensitive to bug bites and the pretty bad rash was all caused due to a little bite…who would have thought?
After getting some rash cream we went and got Zoey’s first hair cut. It was not everything I dreamed it up to be. Kind of traumatic, hairstylist was rude, and I lost the lock of hair that the lady gave me for her baby book but you know what? The hair cut ended up being cute so I guess it was still a success! She got to get a yummy bagel next door as a prize then we ran some errands around town before we kicked off dance extravaganza.
First dance recital was Bella and Mae-Mae’s. Z loved it and had a great time watching the girls. After the recital Eric and I took her to the McWane Center to play then out to lunch at Jim N Nicks. Which got us home just in time to go to Dana’s dance recital. By the time that recital started Z knew what was up and she also knew SHE wanted to be the one up on the stage dancing! Ha!
Sunday was Kendall’s baby shower! It ended up being a great success and the only thing missing was Baby Blake! We can’t wait for her to get here!
The rest of the week was business as usual…work, work, work for me and Eric and school, school, school for Zoey!
