Today was Gan-Gan’s 75th Birthday so to celebrate we headed on over to Oak Mountain State Park to enjoy the beautiful weather. All the dogs came along too which made it even more exciting. We had a great time having a picnic party and hiking around enjoying the day. I pray that on my 75th birthday I am up hiking around a state park with my family having fun!
Today Dana and I hosted Lindsay’s baby shower along with some other girls that they went to pharmacy school with. Lindsay went to pharmacy school with Dana and and they roomed together during their internship in Birmingham. I am so glad that I have become friends with Lindsay too and so excited for her and Cole and their new little football player on the way. Brax Holcombe Bennet is expected to make his grand entrance sometime mid May. You would never tell by looking at Lindsay’s belly. She is so small even this late in the pregnancy she is not wearing maternity clothes! We had a great time at the shower and can’t wait to meet the little man soon.
Tonight was my Dad’s Birthday Eve so we celebrated his birthday party at my parents house before church. It was fun to visit and see everyone. Happy 51st Birthday Daddy!
